1:1 Consulting Session Policy

Booking & Payment All sessions are prepaid at the time of booking. Payment is required to confirm your spot. By completing your booking you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Refund Policy All bookings are non-refundable under any circumstances. No exceptions will be made for scheduling conflicts, personal emergencies, technical difficulties, or change of mind. Please book only when you are fully committed and ready to show up.

Rescheduling Rescheduling requests are considered on a case by case basis and are not guaranteed. If you need to reschedule please reach out as early as possible. Approved reschedules are a courtesy and not an entitlement. Rescheduling is at Claudia Hung's sole discretion.

No Show Policy Claudia Hung will wait up to 8 minutes past the scheduled start time. If you have not joined the call by that point the session will be considered a no show and will be forfeited in full without refund. No exceptions.

Session Format These sessions have no set curriculum, template, or predetermined topics. There is no formula and no guaranteed outcomes. Sessions are driven entirely by the client's questions, challenges, and goals. Clients are encouraged to come prepared. The more specific you are the more valuable the session will be.

Scope of Service 1:1 consulting is available to individuals operating outside the province of Ontario, Canada. This restriction is clearly stated at the time of booking and it is the client's responsibility to read and understand all policies prior to booking.

By entering your location at booking you confirm you are not operating within Ontario. Accurate location disclosure is the sole responsibility of the client. Claudia Hung assumes no liability for bookings made with false or misleading information. Bookings made by Ontario based individuals may be canceled and any refund issued is at Claudia Hung's sole discretion and may be subject to applicable service or processing fees.
